"Clean room, amazing host, great airport shuttle, highly recommend"

"Great staff, super clean rooms and elevator, perfect for a quick airport transfer"

"We had a short, transitory stay at Success Hotel, and it was exactly what we needed. The room was incredibly clean and spacious, especially considering the very reasonable price. What really stood out, though, was the staff. They were so helpful and went out of their way to seamlessly arrange a taxi for us to Hanoi Airport for our next destination. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for great service, cleanliness, and value in Hanoi!"

"Room is excellent and the breakfast is good. Room rate is very reasonable."

"Great location, ok breakfast, amazing pool area watching planes"

"Location is calm quiet and peaceful!! A great retreat from the hustle and bustle of Hanoi. "

"I used this hotel because I had to check out of my downtown hotel at 12pm but my flight wasn't until 11:30pm. This hotel was close to the airport and reasonably priced, so I booked a room, even though I was going to use it for only 8 hours. I'm happy I did because I took a nap, showered and felt refreshed for my flight."

"Only stayed overnight before catching a bus to Sapa. Great for a quick overnight stay. Clean and comfortable and the brekky was tasty."

"This hotel is close to the airport but an hours drive into the Old Quarter. But the staff are lovely and very helpful organising taxi's and tours when needed. The place is tucked away down an aisle, so very quiet, clean and attractive inside. The tours they offer include the taxi to and from the hotel to the pickup point."

"Very friendly & helpful staff, left some items behind and they were kind enough to look & hold them until I returned to get it. Would definitely book again"

"Best place to stay"

"Room was very clean, they very friendly Beds were very comfortable Close to airport "

"Nice room, good service"

"This is a very good quality budget hotel. Our room was clean, modern, comfortable bed, everything worked, and overall we were very pleased. It’s very handy to the airport, and there are local restaurants within walking distance."

"The owner was very nice and met all of my needs. The staff there were all very polite and friendly even if they didn’t know English. They gave good recommendations to places to eat and also places to visit. I would recommend this place again. The room as well inside is large and can fit several suitcases for a fraction of the price. The water is hot and they provide everything I needed for the short duration I was there. Thank you to the owner and the staff."
