"This hotel is a scam place. We booked a trip to Hanoi via Expedia on March 19, 2026. We planned to stay there for two days. However, the place was faulty in its advertising. The smell was so bad, like it was old and moldy. We entered the room for just 5 minutes and we left. We had to book a different hotel due to the fact that the hotel is not in good condition to serve customers. "Simple room. 5 mins from the airport. Staff helpful. Key items to remembers, no elevators so if you have mobility issues keep that in mind. The shower was in between the toilet and the sink with no curtain and no water damn. Safe to say a total mess was made trying to contain the water, and water did not really flow towards the drain. It just pooled there in the center of the bathroom. Anyways, the hotel has food service and there are a few places to eat close by. If I had to stay again I would,...

"Very convenient it is inside the airport and the staff is very helpful and very nice it is a pod hotel so there is no toilet in the unit however the walk to the toilet only 1 minute so it's ok we used it for the second year in a row and still happy with it especially the location oh yes there is a front desk 24 hours so if you check in late it's still ok we did check in both years at 1 am"

"Near the airport about 5 mins drive and you can arrange pick up and drop off with the hitel staff. The room was clean and spacious and have all the necessary toiletries you’d need. They also have a massage chair on the reception you can pay and use which was great and a mini grocery should you need something quick! Staff are so friendly and helpful esp Loiue! "Arrived to find out my stay was not possible due to essential works taking place. I was upset as I desperately needed some sleep after a long journey. In all fairness the owner found me alternative accommodation close by at no additional cost to myself."

"6 min from airport, cheap and clean. Facing a main road so traffic noise was an issue , free WiFi which was very slow to start but non existent after around 2300. This hotel was better than trying to sleep on seats at the airport with a 15hr layover."
