"The staff Anna and Da were very nice people. The hotel is old and has molds but is being covered with scents that gave me a headache. The room we were given was on second floor though my priorities are always higher floor, thus it was very nice at night and early morning. Our sleep was interrupted. The breakfast was good but same choices everyday."

"Fabulous hotel with amazing staff and facilities. Although this hotel is about 2km from the old quarter don’t let this put you off! Download the grab app and use taxis. We moved here after a very bad experience with a hotel in the old quarter and we are so pleased we did. From the size of the room to the amazing staff ( and breakfast Choices) you won’t be disappointed staying here. By Westlake, there are wonderful restaurants, views and beauty spas walking distance from the hotel. Particular praise to the reception staff and Truc Quynh in the restaurant who made us feel like VIPS."

"We loved our stay at Hotel du Lac Signature! The hotel is brand new and clean, the spa is incredible, and breakfast was great. The location is very convenient - right in the Old Quarter and walking distance to many attractions. The best part about our stay was the incredible team! We loved everyone at the hotel. "I have to give the staff a round of applause for going out of their way. First, I was greeted outside the car from the airport with an umbrella, half a block away from the hotel. Second of all, I forgot a valuable in the safety box and something else outside, and they gladly shipped it to my next hotel in a a different city. Great work! "
