The hotel has a genuine personal touch! Every staff member seemed to know who we were, and they were always friendly and welcoming, which made us feel right at home. In particular, Thomas, Rose, Louisa, Tracy and Viper, along with the rest of the team, were truly amazing! They were so helpful with recommendations for tours and restaurants, and happy to answer any questions we had. They consistently went above and beyond, and were always attentive and accommodating.
The hotel itself is very clean and modern, and our room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the location was perfect being central and close to everything.
