I hope the management can improve staff training and efficiency to provide a better experience for future guests. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The Granite is in a great lication, short walking distance to KOMTAR, Prangin Malls, 1st Avenue mall and GAMA. It is also within easy walking distance of Chowrasta market, the old town, the piers and street art. Our room was actually a one bedroom apartment in the former Summit M suites, the Serene Suite. It was quiet, clean and very comfortable with a KS bed and a pillow menu too. The pool is lovely and the views, drink and food at the roof top bar are excellent. We've loved our stay and we'd come back."
