Once you enter the property, you feel calm and relax. Starting from the front desk staff who are friendly when you checked in and explained clearly about the hotel and room. The room though small but nicely decor and with a great view. Breakfast was awesome and it was one of the best I ever had throughout my travelling experience. I can even take away coffee for my travelling to my business meeting. I will definitely come back to stay in this hotel for my next trip to Penang. Thank you

Comfortable stay walking distance to Queensbay Mall and surrounding amenities. Coffee machines placed wrongly at the front and also slow to dispense, have option for strong brewed coffee that guests can pour ourselves.
