"Staff is great and friendly. The bed in the room was terribl. Mattress is like sleeping on a sheet of plywood. Impossible to sleep on your side. Other things I didn't like...only 2 bath towels. In the heat I took two showers a day and had to reuse towel for second one. Should have 4 towels per room. Also..I saw cockroach twice during my stay in my room and a Lil gecko thing on the wall. Should have better seals on doors to stop that or traps. Lastly there was a sewer type smell coming out of...

Don’t feel like you have to bundle it with the hotel room, because you can always just purchase it on site the days you want it, as there is TONS to eat in the area. "Overall amenities were excellent. Beach was a bit disappointing though — not sand but very small pebbles. Plus you can’t even swim. When we were there, there was also a big event with 500 people — loud music was playing in the early morning. People had access to the pool which somehow felt invasive to the checked-in guests.
