"Pros: Great and friendly staff. Great breakfast buffet. Our room is cleaned well. There is an in-house guest shuttle service going to and from Pueblo Verde Outlets and SM Seaside. Cons: Check-in process takes awhile but the check out is easy. Some areas like outdoor’s big round table needs repair. You can see the wrinkling of the wood from being wet."

She was patient enough to answer all the questions and very polite. Give her a raise or acknowledge her professionalism and most of all, her way of letting us all feel very welcome. She's part of the reasons why I extended for another night and even booked additional room. Please award her or promote her! However, we did not like the attitude...
