It started with not being picked up at the airport as to that was the reason I chose that hotel supposedly free shuttle service. I tried reaching them through text phone calls and Expedia the day before we went to no avail at all. "Their food was delicious, the staff excellent, the buses to airport fantastic. There are different types of rooms though - and we booked lovely modern and renovated rooms the first overnight we were there - very clean and spacious and new, whereas when we stayed the second time we had very different, much smaller rooms. Get the rooms with a double and twin - not the queen room! Much more spacious and new."
