"My wife and I decided on the last minute to include Cebu in our Asian Travel visiting from Canada. A fried of mine who is base out if Cebu City and works as Medical Director offered his corporate contact at another 5 star resort. The discounted price was actually lower than The Reef. However, getting answers from our inquiries went by unanswered or very delayed. In spite of the attractive pricing, we decided to look for another property. "Excellent service! The front desk staff is six star, quite good! I have spent my career in the Hospitality and Resort Industry, they were truly top notch. I would hire them in a second! The staff in the restaurant were also excellent, minus the kitchen team at lunch on Sunday Afternoon. The food, a cheese steak sandwich with sweet potato fries, inedible. The bread was so over microwaved you could not bite through it or cut it with a knife, the meat so dry it was almost jerky and the fries...

"値段を考えると総合的には良かったです。小さな子供がいる家族向けです。細かい点を挙げていくと他に良いホテルはあるかもしれません。 今回はBai hotel, Shangri-Laの後に滞在しました。プールが大好きな息子を朝から夜まで遊ばせる、クーポンに含まれるアクティビティを楽しむ、という点では1番良いホテルでした。スタッフは丁寧というよりかはフレンドリーなイメージでしたが、英語が話せれば問題ないでしょう。 また、他の方の口コミで「朝食は混んでいて並ぶ」「シャワーのお湯が出ない」「バスタブがない」とあったので覚悟をしていったのですが、全部大丈夫でした。 その為、期待していた以上に印象が良かったです。"

"流石リゾートホテル、従業員の方の配慮が心地良く素晴らしい時間と空間を提供頂くことが出来ました。 メインプールは工事中で使用が出来なかったものの、ビーチや他のプールで有意義に過ごすことができた。スライダーがまったく滑らないのはご愛嬌で、、、。 一方、ホテルの外はツアーやバイクタクシーの客引きがウザかった。なのでGrabでタクシーをピックアップするかホテルステイをするのが良いです。"
