"My stay was okay only because i was on hold with the front desk for over an hour and finally just had to walk downstairs to speak to someone about a late check out but there was no front desk staff. I also had to chase down a housekeeper to get toilet paper also because I couldn't get anyone on the phone. But besides that my stay was great and the pool was lovely."
