I would have liked if breakfast was served on the property. I would like to especially acknowledge a lady who works at the check in desk. There was some confusion about our reservations and "Bri" work diligently to help us solve the problem. She was so gracious and made us feel comfortable and taken care of. It was a great resort except for not having air conditioners. It was very warm in the rooms both day and night. They had portable evaporation coolers which just added humidity to the air.

We really enjoyed our stay and the facilities! The staff were all great! The rooms were spacious and very clean. The only issue we had was there was no air conditioning and we were quite warm during our stay. We will definitely stay again during the cooler weather months.

Best place for a Family Vacation
Normally, I don't write reviews, but my family and I really enjoy being here. This is the second time that we have stayed at this resort. The sensory experience and the layout are both wonderful, and I would recommend this location to anyone who is looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Our 1 bedroom condo in Terrace building was clean, comfortable and charmingly decorated with a rustic alpine motif. Fireplace and size was excellent for a family of 4 adults. Kitchen and bathroom was well stocked. The Dove brand toiletries were a nice touch. The 4th floor condo had easy access to the building’s hot tub (it was out of order for the first 3 nights of our stay), bbq area and Activities Center. Alternative rooftop hot tub was sought and enjoyed in another building. Shuttle transport to the Stagecoach Lodge and to South Lake Tahoe ran regularly. Underground parking was convenient in a snow storm. We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay and will return!
