I like that there is a sportsbook and a couple places to get coffee. I don't like $15/night added to resort fees for parking or the cutting out of daily room make up. Table minimums of $25 are eliminating the fun from a large population of players who find it too pricey. Can you put in a nice 24 hr coffee shop for people who like bacon/eggs/pancakes for breakfast?

Everything from the blankets, pillows in the room being cheap, to the shower head in the bathroom being an industrial spray nozzle. The quality of everything in this room has just gone down. The kids at the front desk seemed oblivious as to why waiting for an hour is not normal. Overall lack of customer service experience within the staff, along with general apathy really turned me off wanting to stay here again. The value was just not here.
