Wonderful room and location

The resort is lovely and the staff was friendly and helpful. Lots of shops and restaurants around the resort. The room was very comfortable. One note is that Hotels.com calls it "Heavenly Village Condos" but the building is branded as Marriott (and there is one on either side of gondolas) so it was hard to find the right place.

Marriott Resort Lake Tahoe a beautiful destinatio!

Beautiful resort, valet parking at no extra charge, nice pool and plenty of pool lounges, bars, restaurants, a d shopping within walking distance as well as an easy walk to the concert venue at Caesars. Serenity Spa was top notch for a massage!

Our room had ample room and sitting available. The kitchen was ready for use and clean. The room got cold very easy and the blankets provided were not warm enough. The bed is on the harder side. We noticed a loud buzzing humming each night we headed to bed and woke up throughout the night to noise above our bedroom, even though we were on the 5th floor/top floor. My husband brought out his decibel meter, and the noise was registering. Unfortunately we did not get a good night rest. I tried filling the jetted tub around 4pm and the unit did not have enough warm water to make the bath enjoyable. We also noticed big holes in the ceiling throughout the property. I showed the front desk clerk one, due to the cover falling off and exposing damage from a prior leak. I can say this is our 2nd visit and this room was on the nicer side compared to our first unit, which had a lot of damage/wood rot.

We enjoyed the stay at the Marriot facilities. My son had fun in the pool. The staff was very kind and accommodating. From the initial interaction with Valet to the front desk and cleaning staff, everyone made you feel welcomed with friendly greetings and a desire to make sure you were enjoying your stay.

Great location, super friendly staff, great pool, comfortable, even if slightly dated rooms. Front desk team stands out at this property. Dakota in particular. Valet service is really good and their system works well. Great job.

Loved being in mountainous terrain but did not like our timing of our stay (less than a week early to experience the gondola, coaster, zip lining, etc. renting e-bikes is GREAT way to experience the local area.
