"we had a very nice stay at this hotel. It was clean, quiet, and staff was friendly. Even though it’s a bit of a walk to the Disneyland entrance, we still enjoyed our stay. However, we did feel that the $35 a night parking fee was a bit steep, having to walk the distance that we still had to to get to Disneyland. We may stay somewhere closer in the future due to these fees being somewhat equivalent to the price we would’ve paid for a closer hotel with much less walking distance"

"Our room was right next to the staff supply room (many rooms are near these supply rooms) which means we heard banging, doors slamming, power washers and other loud machinery throughout the day. The adjoining wall with the staff supply room had loud banging audible until 11pm. My husband works from home, and the room service opened the door and tried to enter without knocking/ knocked as they were entering. Very disrespectful. They also added at 22$ per night “resort fee” which was not listed in...

"I really enjoyed my stay at Caliente Tropics. There was a live ukulele player performing at the Reef Bar by the pool. After dinner in town, we came back to listen to the performance but there was nowhere to sit or stand. We ended up out by the pool, but could barely hear the music. I only wish they had provided some sound of the performance to be better heard out by the pool."

"Wer den klassischen kalifornischen 60s-Vibe sucht, ist im Kings Inn absolut richtig! Das gesamte Hotel ist super charmant im nostalgischen Mid-Century-Surf-Stil designt, was dem Aufenthalt einen richtig coolen Charakter gibt.
Die Lage im Mission Valley ist unschlagbar, wenn man mit dem Auto unterwegs ist. Man ist in wenigen Minuten überall – ob in der Old Town, an den Stränden oder im Balboa Park. Der Poolbereich in der Mitte ist Herzstück. Schön und sauber zum Entspannen.

"The pool and hot tubs here were really nice! We enjoyed those during our stay. The room itself was okay. The bed wasn’t super comfortable but it was clean. The room has good storage options. The only downside was no microwave in the room there’s just a shared one outside."
