"Fabulous view. Great service. Tryout there new Mexican restaurant hidden in the side . Ask for Guided hiking tours. They arranged sailing for us as well. It from anywhere and everything. I will strongly advise to rent a car at the airport. Keep it up team Ritzy."

"I purchased room thru Expedia and got a pet friendly room. When I got there, there were two long flight of steps which my husband who is handicapped had a hard time getting up. I went to the office and asked for a bottom floor or cabin. I mentioned I had my dog. The guy said he couldn’t make any changes that I would have to go thru Expedia. The hotel charged me $486.26 for a one night stay. It was only suppose to be $131.13. They told me since I was in a non dog room, they charged me extra. I...

"Great stay for a wedding. The staff was incredible - upgraded our room to a suite for no additional fee which was awesome & had an ample amount of space. Only thing to note is that they didn’t have central cooling in the room, which makes sense for a lodge-type resort, but they did have an external a/c unit in the living room area. It is connected to the wall, so it’s not portable/ couldn’t move into the bedroom. Not a huge deal, but something to note for anyone looking at the king suite /...
