Had issues with the smart TV not working in 1st room and staff put us in another room, but it was like a sauna - with only a fan, it was rough to sleep. The breakfast option in the lobby was nice. Staff was friendly. Brewery was great with good beer, live music, and good food. Would stay again, but only in cooler months.

Convenient location with casinos and Heavenly shops. Parking is kind of tight and limited all day. We were on the 3rd floor with no elevator which was a little bit of a struggle for my mom. Other than that we liked this location.

Very happy with our choice to stay at Base Camp. The room was clean and large, and I especially left the balcony. Parking is a little sketchy with the tight spaces under the building, but if you can get one outside, there is no problem.

Location is great. Room worked for our needs and included 2 queen beds with twin bunk beds over the top of the queens. Our room had a private balcony with scattered views of Heavenly. Small fridge and microwave in room but you can only plug one in at a time due to limited outlets and 3 prong plugs. The only real negative was the parking. My estimate is that the parking spots to hotel room ratio was 1 to 4 meaning there are no where near enough spots to accommodate the rooms. Get there early and don't move your car until checkout.

The staff here are so kind and extremely helpful! We stayed during a really warm week and the first room we were given had a broken air conditioning unit. The front-desk worker came up to the room with me right away to try to fix it. When it didn’t work, they gave us a new room and came up to ensure that was working before we moved our bags. Love the coffee place in the lobby - cozy fire pits outside to just hang out :) The brewery was really cool and the entire property is extremely dog friendly. The rooms themselves are nothing fancy, but they are clean, cute, and my family found the beds to be very comfortable. Less than a 0.5 mile walk from the beach (was free during our off season stay, but I think usually requires a fee to get in). Even though we were close to the casinos it didn’t see chaotic or loud. Easy walk or drive to so many restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay here again!
