"Had great front desk and bell and valet staff. Took housekeeping a couple of hours to deliver the sheets for the pullout bed for out child (well past her bedtime). We liked that there was 2 bathrooms but didn't like that there was a coat of pink slime on the floor of one of the showers. Opted for a late checkout and was locked out of room when we returned from the event we were attending. Probably would rather try out a different hotel next time in town. "

"Beach views depend on cabin location. Restaurant is very good but doesn’t accept cash, so be prepared for that. Great dog friendly place although it’s a bit of a walk to the dog beach, (or a couple minute drive through the parking area). Overall it’s a favorite place for traveling with dogs. "

"Windows are tin and have moisture that is abundant. Rooms are not quiet. Fridge makes awful noises. Bring ear plugs if you stay here. And if you bring dogs, you cannot leave them unattended in the room unless you’re using the Hottub. "

"The restaurants are not that great. Most don’t do breakfast. I wouldn’t mind paying a high price but it needs to be good. The resorts are geared towards young people & that’s great. However, as a senior citizen resorts don’t offer much. I would like clear walking trails with no rocks as seniors have difficulty maneuvering rough terrain. We’re not dead yet & want to experience our beautiful country."

"Room was filthy security had to escort us to our room because there was a huge sorority and they were blocking all of the elevators mind. You there was a cheer competition there this weekend full of kids, and you had drunk idiots all throughout the hotel hogging all of the elevators it was completely ridiculous. "

"This place is overpriced, dirty feeling, dark, and staff assistance non existent. No wifi except piggy backing off the casino. The casino is a small and dingy as well. I do not recommend. 40 min from Reno with the fastest way driving back to 80 in Cali - Truckee."

"The virtual assistance at the front desk was extremely rude - stating she was super busy and will get to help us when she can. Our plug stopped working so microwave and toaster didn’t work. We had no internet thought the storm was over. No priorities and cleaners never came. Basically, it’s a fend do yourself type of place - good luck is anything happens someone will come help you. "
