"Loved how close the resort is to Heavenly Village. Parking is to expensive when you add on the $57 daily resort fee...that is quite a large amount of money considering what you pay to begin with. We did not like the rasberry syrup poured over the keylime pie. We payed $25 for keylime pie and all we tasted was syrup. We couldn't even eat it. The service was slow in the outside restaurant facing the road. But the bed was very comfortable. Room very clean."

"Property is great but in need of minor maintenance both in rooms and common areas. Elevator switch on 15th floor, one worked and one wouldnโt even light up. Someone needs to walk the property and make notes because customers would not go through the trouble of telling employees. Door panels at the bathrooms in room 1520 were cracked and delaminated."
