Our room was clean and quiet. Bathrooms need updating. The only complaint was smoking on the main floor where casino is. Casino's are going smoke-free. Harrah's should seriously consider making the change for the health benefit of workers and customers. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay!

The staff was friendly, though not helpful at times. The concierge seemed grumpy and in a hurry. She said the shuttle runs every hour to the beach, but couldn’t say what time each hour. We waited over an hour and finally gave up. The room was clean and neat. The facilities were clean. Check-in and out were quick and easy.
