I’m hard of hearing that use sign language, when I arrived to the check in area and I told the staff I’m hard of hearing and she took her face mask off and told me she can sign a little and we communicate fine and she helped me how it work when requested my vehicle from valets by using text. And I can text front desk to bring me more towels which I’m happy that I don’t have to walk front desk because I cannot use the phone to call the front desk but texting!! Very happy and very friendly staff too. The room was nice and it had a cute small kitchen and fridge which I’m glad to able put my drinks and they have glasses and everything you need. The bed was very hard it was hard to sleep. The shower was nice. My husband that is fully deaf he tried to test the doorbell which should have light flashing which it didn’t happened I can hear the buzz but deaf people cannot hear the buzz that’s not good.

Our family really enjoyed our stay here! The only surprise was that we had to vallet the car and it was $27/day but that was honestly still convenient I would have just liked to know before hand. Otherwise we were very impressed and do plan on staying here again. For teens to enjoy a hotel with zero complaints it was a breath of fresh air!

We have stayed at this property before and used to park in a nearby parking garage. When we arrived, we were told the parking was valet only at $27/day - plus tip. It was an unexpected expense, but the valet service was organized. We were in a renovated room which was nice but there were small issues - the bathroom fan never shut off, and we called maintenance to get our room to cool (and it worked after that). The maintenance man was terrific; front desk staff looked tired and was not overly friendly - but it’s a tough job. On the plus side, we were happy with our room. The shower was hot with great water pressure, the room darkening shades worked well, and the kitchenette was nice. The hotel is central, and overall we enjoyed our stay.

Only negatives were that it's valet only and my car came back to me with a nail in the tire & the pool/spa were closed for refurb which was not disclosed when we booked months earlier. When we asked the manager of there was any flexibility in the resort fee due to this she came in hot and wouldnt let us speak (as if shes aksed this question a lot so shes irritated). She said there are many other things the fee covers and offered lasses to the park and rec pool saying it was open til 5. We ubered over at 4pm only to be told they close at 430 fri/sat so we only had 20minutes. That cost us $22 in ubers.
