"The room was not clean, the floors were absolutely disgusting, the mirror in the bathroom was broken, the handle for the sink was broken along with the sink in the kitchen. "NONE of the balconies were unlocked. Booked the suite with zero access to the TWO advertised balconies. That was one of the main reasons we booked the suite. And the jet tub was not operable. Otherwise it was a great stay!"
