"The check in process that I was assured I could do on-line, and spent time figuring that all out did not work, and the kiosk also did not print our keys, so that was a hassle. The adult pool was a huge disappointment. No chairs available, and was very low class."

"Staff was very helpful and polite. The executive king suite was a great size and all have views. But the mini prices are ridiculous, coffee was $16 not free absolutely NO complementary coffee whatsoever . and the tube for lazy river is $30. Lockers at pool $30 way over priced. It’s all about making a buck for themselves at the expense of the customer."
