"Today at 8:00 AM, while I was resting, I was startled awake by what sounded like someone drilling—it was extremely loud. After being jolted awake, I tried to go back to sleep, but the noise was truly deafening and persisted for a very long time. Since I couldn't figure out what was happening, I eventually had to get up; sleeping any longer was simply impossible. I would really like to know the cause of this disturbance. However, aside from that incident, everything else—the room itself and the service—was excellent, including the self-check-in process. The unfortunate result is that, having been woken up so early, I ended up getting very little sleep. I have now come to the airport in hopes of catching up on some rest here before boarding my flight. Thank you. I stayed in Room 4049."

"Sahara was an excellent property if you'd like a hotel that's on the strip but a bit removed from the high energy hustle and bustle. We chose the Sahara because we knew it had been recently renovated and it felt very fresh and current compared to other properties we visited on the Strip. We stayed in the Mara tower and the rooms were comfortable and fairly clean. The restaurants on the property were good and priced on par with other restaurants on the Strip. Having direct access to the monorail was a huge perk, too. No self check-in kiosks, but the line moves quick if you arrive a few hours after check-in begins. We'd happily stay here again!"
