"Breakfast was continental. Could order protein from the menu, which we did a couple times. We also had dinner one night and everyone’s meals were fantastic. An extra shout out of thanks to the front desk for assisting in finding us an “extra” private room to destress. And another shout out to all the staff, from security to cleaning. You made a beautiful stay spectacular. THANKS"

"The pictures were taken a longtime ago. Kitchen was barely stocked with really low quality silverware and we had to keep washing because there were very few glasses. No TV in bedroom and not enough hot water to take a shower longer than 5 minutes"

"This was our second time in Playa Del Carmen and we specifically chose to come back to Playa Palms. As of writing this 4/2026, there is a new manager that was not there when we were there in 2021. She is not good with customer service. She accused us of breaking the lock on the door and didn't allow another guest, who had just checked out that day, to use the restroom after check out. Despite this bad encounter with this woman, we still had a great time and will be back. Hopefully we won't see...

"Wow where to start. First off all during our stay we had a huge cockroach come out of the second bedroom and we didn’t even leave and doors or windows open. Secondly they shut the water off for almost the whole day and didn’t even tell us about it and their pathetic offer to have us move all our belongings to another apartment was supposed to be their appeasement for us when we shouldn’t have to deal with any of that on vacation. Plus the front desk even confirmed that they had been told of it...

"This condo resort is an an excellent location in Playa del Carmen - right on the beach, beautiful pool and within walking distance to many restaurants. Rooms are well appointed and any issues we had were very quickly addressed by the concierge. Highly recommend this lovely spot!"

"found the door locks a challenge. Could have used a dish drying rack. TV channel selection was excellent..! When you first arrive, it is a little hard to find the front desk reception. Staff was excellent in responding to questions, as well as friendly. Great location, sound-proof, but close to 5th Ave. Very clean and well maintained. Good value. "

"La propiedad está muy bien por el precio es muy cómodo limpio y bonito, sin embargo hay detalles que se debe tener en cuenta, la humedad de la zona hace que las habitaciones puedan oler húmedas las piscinas son agua fría por lo que no es tan placentero entrar a no ser que esté muy caliente el día, si no tienes carro no recomiendo la propiedad pues está lejos de todo."

The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help with anything we needed. The pool area is a great place to relax after exploring Tulum. Everything about the stay felt easy and welcoming.
