"The El Dorado Maroma was an overall great resort. My family of had a great trip. The resort grounds were pretty and well taken care of. The beach was amazing! The food was great, for sure get the pizza and tacos during lunch! All the activities included with “More Inclusive” were so fun and saved a lot of money. The entertainment team was fun, they had activities all day to participate in. The resort never felt too crowded, which we loved! Would 100% go back!"

"I was disappointed as this is advertised as a beach front hotel. Tjis is on the beach however it isn't accessible, and the seaweed was a big issue this season which isn't the hotel's fault but it did impact the stay and any time at the beach was unpleasant because of the piles and smell. My main complaint is the constant hustling done by staff. It starts as a guise to ask about your stay and turns into are you interested in membership. This happened daily and multiple times a day. "The property is truly beautiful, and the staff members are exceptionally friendly. However, the all-inclusive experience felt somewhat restricted due to the operating hours of the bars and restaurants. While there isn't any organized entertainment, you can certainly enjoy a great deal of peace and tranquility."

"Betty was incredible, she was full of honest and helpful suggestions and super kind. All the staff were great. We have been to Tulum several times and the location of the hotel is pretty good, the walk to the better parts of the street side is not too long and the walk on the beach side is great."

"Everyone was so pleasant! The breakfast with fresh fruit, yogurt and some additional items were delicious. I enjoyed the social hour and took the opportunity to talk to a couple of people. Jose and another concierge made perfect recommendations for excursions."
