"Honestly my favourite all inclusive I’ve stayed at! Food was delicious, drinks were always perfect never watered down. The staff were helpful!! Sylvia (beachfront waitress) and Ferran (blackjack and evening entertainer) by far made our entire experience. Those two deserve the best of the best!!! Absolute gems!!!! The decor around the hotel was beautiful and the beds were sooooo comfortable!!!! "

"The entire place was spotless clean. Not even kidding. Best food I have ever experienced at an all-inclusive period. Room and maid service was perfect. I have stayed at 7 other places in Cancun, no place compares to this. Will be back ASAP. But the food is next level."

"We had a great time at RIU Palace. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. We did go to the steakhouse restaurant for dinner one night and it was ok. I would say the dinner buffet was better. You had multiple options of food and the steak served there was better. The breakfast and lunch buffets were great too! We had a room with a pool and it was so nice. The staff would bring us drinks there too which was nice. My only complaint would be that they had the smoking section right by our pool...

"We had a wonderful stay, the property is clean and elegant, staff is friendly, always cleaning and your drinks are topped up regularly. Special shout out to Cocom- he’s fast, efficient and somehow knows which drink is for which person with incredible accuracy. He’s one of the many pool side servers. There’s an abundance of food variety at each meal, no excessively lineups. Cappuccino bar serving coffees and snacks and late night snacks at the other bars. The rooms as clean and modern. The beach...
