The resort was very clean, the staff were absolutely amazing, the food was delicious and the chill vibe was exactly what we wanted for this trip. "Raccoons had access to your room from the rooftop since it was made out of tree palms leaves, no one cleaned room from previous stay as the sheets were dirty and dead bugs were within the linen. No refreshing of towels while staying there for 5 days. At night the raccoons were on the rooftop and broke a whole in the palm leaves. "
