"For the price the room is perfect for 2, area was super convenient esp if you’re lugging luggage too, very easy to locate and less than a min walk from the main train station "
"This stay was great. We had all the necessities available and the room was very comfortable. It was one stop from Odawara station.
My only suggestion is to keep in mind the amount of luggage you are taking, the room is on the fourth floor. "

"Everybody was extremely warm and welcoming! We loved our time here, as fantastic as the area is, the staff were even more caring and brought a very relaxing feeling to our stay here. We look forward to returning one day!!"
"Beautiful scenery, super close- walking distance to ride a gondola to a major world renowned attraction (volcano).
Super baby and kid friendly; we got a balcony room facing the lake which allowed us to open the screened door to get fresh air.
The onsen was clean and in excellent condition; lots of quality amenities.
Buffets were generous and quality as well. They had an unlimited sake, whiskey, wine, beer bar plus all the juices, soft drinks, tea and coffee you want. The coffee was meh; worse than Keurig, but the Japanese teas were very fine.
There were so many food options it is a little overwhelming but I think it would be nice to have a guide to introduce people to how you would do a curated kaiseki meal by course; so folks can enjoy some of that experience. "
"Older hotel - could use updates (like repainting exterior). The staff was amazing, breakfast was wonderful, and the baths have incredible views! Could use more dinning options."
