"This hotel booking included half board. We requested our special needs and we were extremely happy with the meal preparation and presentation. The public bath/onsen was good and so was the private onsen in the room. The transportation was timely and staff even helped us to load and unload our luggage. Overall very happy with stay and will recommend this hotel to the guests who want to experience upscale japanese hotel experience."
