"The at thing about this hotel is location. There is an extensive breakfast and the staff are very kind and helpful. The rooms are spacious and the one we got had a Japanese authentic dinning area. The Onsen was okay, the great thing was the private option which is not as common in Japan. However, the place is quite dated and is begging for an upgrade…this is felt all through your the facility… Thank you to the staff for their kindness!"

"Great place to stay while visiting as its a 5 min walk to their shopping street and train station, and the ryokan was very spacious compared to others I stayed in. The in room meals were excellent as was the staff service. And the onsens comfortably spacious as well. The view from the balcony was so relaxing and refreshing that I spent as much time there as possible. I would definitely stay there again."

The onsen is the definition of relaxing and has amazing views. The massage and facial were amazing. The western breakfast was so good, and the dinner at the restaurants in the hotel is worth the price for the experience. Don’t miss your opportunity to stay here if you pass through Hakone!"
