"The facilities were very good and clean, very modern and it’s a great location. The pod is fine if all you intend on doing is sleeping as it is very small but this isn’t a problem. The only problem I had is the QR code. Mine wouldn’t work and I was waiting about half an hour for the staff to fix it. Eventually the staff gave me some random QR code and said this would be fine, as opposed to me getting sent one. So then I was paranoid all night (because I left a couple times, also going to the toilet because you need to exit the pod and preferably lock it behind you) that this QR code would stop working. Because the man who gave it to me, said try getting one through the website later, even though this still wasn’t working. Ideally if the system doesn’t work there should be a better way of doing things. Not to mention there isn’t meant to be a checking desk so idk what I’d have done if there was no staff there. Aside from the paranoia and having to wait half an hour (which was frustrating as I just wanted to get to my pod) the stay was perfectly fine and I was impressed with the cleanliness and how futuristic the facilities were. I would definitely stay here again, although I’d hope that the check in issue was fixed."

The Tower Hotel, by Thistle

"This was our second stay at The Tower Hotel. Location is amazing - at the foot of Tower Bridge, a 2-minute walk from the Tower of London, with buses and tube station within a 10-minute walk. Hotel restaurant and room service were expensive, but there were many more affordable options right outside the hotel doors."

Royal National Hotel

"My daughter and I were in London for a few days to attend a concert and this hotel was perfect to stay in as it was convenient to 3 different tube stations and Euston overground station and was within very easy walking distance of Tottenham Court Road, Piccadilly, Covent Garden etc. The staff were very helpful and friendly and there is a very convenient mini-market in the lobby which seems to be open 24 hrs. We did not eat here so cannot comment on breakfast etc. The only negatives we would say is that the room and bathroom are quite small and basic and there is no air conditioning, We couldn't open the window at night as the noise of the traffic was too loud. London was very hot when we were there so it was quite hard to sleep. As we were only staying a few nights we didn't mind. The cost was reasonable taking into account London prices so I would definitely recommend this hotel :)"

"This a good hotel for location it is close to Russell Square underground and able to get to the west end for shows quickly, Russell Square to Pccabilly Circus took about 7 minutes Ona direct line. The room was functional but nothing special for the price, a good selection for breakfast. Russell Square park has a nice Italian coffee shop."
