"I was very pleasantly surprised by this hotel for the money. The foyer was very clean and welcoming, the staff very friendly and helpful and the room (although fairly small) was spotless and had all the amenities needed. Continental breakfast was very nicely prepared and laid out. It is the first time I’ve stayed in this area of London but this would be my hotel of choice should I come here again."

"Stayed here with my 3 kids, we had a wonderful time. We requested a room with lovely view and theg gave us 6th floor which boasted great view with a balcony. Dinner was lovely, breakfast was avarage jn my opinion. We went to the spa area and the kids enjoyed a bit of swimming but my 2 younger were not able to swim because the depth was too high. Would sag swimming pool facilities not suitable for younger crowds . Shout out to Casie!! Who found my daughter phone and water bottle we left in the...

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The spa services were exceptional, and our therapists provided an outstanding experience. The pool was fabulous—I was able to swim laps each morning before heading out to explore the city. Breakfast offered a lovely variety of options that we looked forward to every day. The rooms were very comfortable, though larger showers would be a welcome enhancement."
