"It was okay. A functional room for one person. It will be tight for two people. Other things they advertise in the hotel such as breakfast and wine and cheese daily are for an additional charge or membership, which travelers won’t usually have memberships. I had to ask for my room to be cleaned, not your usual daily room cleaning like most hotels. "

"Check in smooth and friendly staff. Room was dusty in places. The windows let in a draft and more noise. Perhaps if you get better windows it would be less noisy Sofa bed really uncomfortable Good kitchen amenities For a child there is a lot of hazards like a glass table?!?!? Like why? The hotel has gone down hill. We stayed here as a couple in 2016 and it was amazing. We took our child this time and it's deteriorated quite a lot."

"The location was so central. Right in the centre of London. Close to everything theatres shops and the best restaurants. The hotel is basic ie no windows and small rooms but hey I never go to London to sit in a hotel room. The bed was comfortable and the shower/ toilet was spotless and efficient. Loved the place and will be back again"

"I had a great stay at Point A Canary Wharf in London. The location is excellent just steps away from the Tube, which made getting around the city incredibly easy and convenient. It’s also in a nice, modern area with plenty of shops and places to eat nearby. The hotel itself is a good, affordable option. The rooms are compact but clean and comfortable, perfect if you’re mainly out exploring during the day. The common areas are on the smaller side, so it’s not really a place to hang out for long...

"Location very good. Check in good. Went to the room and checked and found the bed sheet, pillows cases and duvet cover was not change. The double bed sheet was very creased and had body fluid stains in the middle of the bed. The sofa bed also was dirty. I went down to the bar reception ask there was a duty manager and told her that bed sheet was not change. She immediately informed housekeeper to rectify the problem. The housekeeper came to the room within 5 minutes to see the situation and...

"Super service. I was initially given a room with no WIFI as there was a fault. I also discovered the room had no phone signal. As an Autistic, solo traveller this was extremely problematic. However, the WONDERFUL staff immediately apologised, upgraded me (at no charge) to a room with full connectivity and also gave me some free bar tokens as a further apology. "It was easy to book the accommodation at short notice; the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the rooms were spotlessly clean and accessible without physical contact. There’s no breakfast provided, but there are plenty of options nearby. The location is great too, with good links to public transport and a very quiet setting. All in all: very good."

"Excellent location if arriving by train at Kings Cross but also very quiet inside the hotel. The rooms and furnishings are beautiful and the breakfast room is a delight as was the food itself. The hotel does have an unusual layout though, some of the side lounges look lovely but aren’t very accessible, I’d have liked to see drinks served in those areas from the posh cocktail bar but it didn’t seem to be open: maybe you can but nobody told us?
