"I had a wonderful stay and thoroughly enjoyed my experience. The hotel was welcoming, comfortable, and made for a very pleasant visit. The breakfast was especially impressive, with a great variety of options and excellent quality. A special thank you to Muskan for her kindness, professionalism, and attentive service. She truly made a positive difference and contributed to making my stay even more enjoyable. I would be happy to stay here again and would highly recommend it to others."

"The property is currently undergoing a massive renovation. I got upgraded & the renovated rooms are clean, cozy & beautiful. Amenities were nice & luxurious. But there was only ONE tiny lift, so a lot of waiting around & no microwave for guest use. I did not try the breakfast. The location is amazing: very convenient, safe & walkable, close to the tube, buses, trains, lots of eating options nearby. Huge shout out to Marius at the the front desk, who was beyond professional and helpful. Highly recommend. Would go back!"

Strand Palace Hotel

"We stayed at The Strand Palace to see a show at the Savoy Theatre which was located only across the road and Charing Cross station is also close by. Our room was clean and spacious with comfy twin beds, The breakfast was good, a large selection of food and I liked the fact they had alternative milks available. On our check out day we were able to leave our luggage in a secure room so that we could explore more of London . All the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the hotel, Bami on reception, the breakfast staff, the staff who helped with our luggage, but a special mention has to go to Antony the doorman, a lovely friendly gentleman who went above and beyond to help guests. I would definitely stay at this hotel again."
