"Excellent location if arriving by train at Kings Cross but also very quiet inside the hotel. The rooms and furnishings are beautiful and the breakfast room is a delight as was the food itself. The hotel does have an unusual layout though, some of the side lounges look lovely but aren’t very accessible, I’d have liked to see drinks served in those areas from the posh cocktail bar but it didn’t seem to be open: maybe you can but nobody told us? "Hotel is new and very clean. The staff we interacted with were great, and the hotel is in a great location. Rooms are small, as advertised, but that wasn’t an issue as we weren’t spending a lot of time in the room. My only warning is the lobby area has a very strong perfumed scent."

Perhaps if you get better windows it would be less noisy Sofa bed really uncomfortable Good kitchen amenities For a child there is a lot of hazards like a glass table?!?!? Like why? The hotel has gone down hill. We stayed here as a couple in 2016 and it was amazing. We took our child this time and it's deteriorated quite a lot."

"Our room was in the -1 floor so it was dim, damp and can use a bit more ventilation. Location is very convenient, just few minutes walk from St Pancras station. Room was clean and we had a good night's rest. "
