"We loved staying at Cleveland Residences. We were treated very well by the hosts, and the location is excellent. When we arrived we were jet lagged, and they looked after our luggage for us until our room was ready. When we arrived back later they had already put our luggage in our room for us. Highly recommended and we will definitely stay there the next time we are in London."

"The management wasn't very polite and the check in process was very inconvenient. We had an activity that required help with our luggage before the check-in time, and there was no one at the front desk at arrival. I tried to call management to coordinate but no one picked up.
