"Nicely renovated hotel central to a lot of areas in London and close to public transit, also on a quiet street. Breakfast buffet can be added whatever morning you wish on the spot. Room cleaning is only upon request, which was actually nice. The hotel is able to store luggage free of charge which was also great! Tiny room, but it’s all we needed and no much time is spent there anyway! Overall great stay!"

"Spacious new rooms with kitchenette. It’s a high-rise finance district and malls but it’s easy to hop on the tube and go wherever one needs. There’s a huge supermarket a walk away (Waitrose). The bed was very comfortable. I was my super tired from travel and arrived before check in. Staff were helpful to accommodate and help get a room asap. I’d stay here again"

"Rooms are small but are sufficient for what you are paying for. They mention that they have AC, however, when turning it on it will not cool the room very much and will turn off randomly. Our bathroom was not cleaned very well upon arrival but the beds were clean. No safe in the rooms aswell. During the evening, security remains at the front door which makes people feel more safe. Location is great if you want to be central."

"The hotel was walking distance from the underground and one stop to the O2 arena if you are watching concert. It is nearby to some restaurant and shopping stores underground. The staff are very helpful. There is a kettle in the room and water. We had a good night sleep. Good for overnight stay."

"Why 3 stars? Well it comes down to the WC being next to the bed and we were in a large room. Great if you’re on your own but I’m certain your partner will not appreciate the noise and smells that your morning routine will create! The rest of the hotel is 5*. Great staff but it’s no good having the toilet basically right next to the sleeping end of the bed!"
