"POD was really roomy and comfortable, the air conditioning was GREAT. Bathroom facilities were clean and the shower rooms were large. Would recommend staying in a lower pod just because the steps are difficult in the middle of the night if you get up to use the toilet."

"This is an outstanding place to stay! The location is close to tourist activities, dining, and an Underground station with three lines. For some reason, the outdoor terrace was closed, which was a disappointment because we like to enjoy outdoor drinks after a long day. Shout outs to Javier and Pervez, who were amazing and helpful!"

The location of the hotel is great for a plethora of places to visit, sightseeing and places to eat and shop. We had a meal at Min Jiang restaurant on the 10th floor, so the views were lovely. I had the duck that everyone in the hotel recommend. 1/2 a duck cost £56 but it was worth every penny. Thank you...

"I was disappointed to find that there were no water or amenities refills on my last day. As these are basic expectations for any hotel stay, I was surprised that they weren’t provided. I hope this can be addressed for future guests. This keeps the feedback clear and constructive! Frankly, this will be my last visit to Novotel."

"the hotel doesn't have stair case, but the front desk staff, she is kind enough to help with our luggage to the 6th floor although the room is small, but it is so comfy with basic amneties. the shower room/toilet is super clean, and the water pressure is good it worth its price"
