"The hotel itself seemed decent; however, the room was rather dated, and the beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable. The pillows were also far too rigid, resulting in one of the worst nights of sleep I’ve ever had. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of food, and the staff were friendly. I chose the hotel due to its proximity to a business meeting, but I would not stay there again."

"The room is very small but had a window (opened(!) a crack) and overlooked the park across the street. I stayed in The Roost which was a perfect size for me; a solo traveller. "Veronica on reception was considerate as I had a serious moment... couldn't find photo ID. Don't forget to bring as they are a small hotel. She was caring asking housekeeper to show me my room. Room 22 matched my needs as it is not near stairs nor lifts.
