"Everything is perfect with this hotel except for the blackout curtains.
We were giving a room on the first floor closer to street lights and traffic which made it hard to sleep with all the lights and noise."

Bathroom had some mould and someone wheeled a metal framed bed up the corridor at 5am which rattled noisily and woke me up."

"Soft spots in the floors, the carpet on the stairs was covered in stains, my bathroom sink clogged and wouldn’t drain, very thin walls not good for privacy, my bed felt uneven like there were missing springs, and overall a noisy area"

"Great location in the old Notting Hill row house district. Safe neighborhood and plenty of pubs with the yellow line only a couple blocks away. That said, the rooms are in old Notting Hill row houses and they seem to have done the best they can with the resources available, but the price was fair and if all you need is a bed and bath, this was fine. Staff was great and we would stay there again."

"Central location and good sized room. But the room lacked so many basics: no cup or mug for drinking, poor lighting, no hanging rail to put clothes on. No table to put things on, or chair to sit on, the bed is very low, so it was difficult to relax without just lying on the bed. Facilities were clean, but the shower lacked any power and the water or other pipes made a lot of creaking noises"

"Really affordable hotel, great for a short stay in London. My room had no windows and the air conditioning was broken, but staff were helpful and provided a fan to use during my stay."
