"the location was perfect, you could leave the front and walk east, west, south or north and be in the heart of it all. We walked over 10 miles a day. Loved our room! The different color options were cool, lots of creativity went into the renovation of this one time bank. Breakfasts were amazing!"

"There is simply no better hotel in London ive stayed at them all incl 4seas, lanesborough, etc. Expensive but in comparison to the other options absolutely worth it. Fantastic location. Free car service within 20mins. I could go on and on. Its actually the best Peninsula imo, beating even Beverly Hills and Hong Kong. Brand new. Phenomenal gym. Next to the park. "Beautiful hotel offering a 5* experience in central London. Staff were exceptional and the room was immaculately clean and well-provisioned. The bed was very comfortable, linen and towels of a high quality and we were very comfortable. The air conditioning was not hugely effective and quite loud but this did nothing to spoil our stay."

"Great history, and attentive staff - a real luxury stay. Pool and spa were fabulous. However, there was no mirror in the bedroom (for hairdryer) and unfortunately the milk in the fridge was off on the second day (not-checked) - minor issues that slightly spoiled the stay, but when paying a premium price, don't expect flaws!"

"This is a beautiful property, in a historic building, with an impeccable staff. Very posh, yet friendly helpful staff, start to finish. My only problem was we never had a functional toilet for our 4 days. They tried to fix it twice, but we gave up asking. "

"Hotel is very upscale and comfortable. The staff are exceedingly nice and helpful (they significantly stepped up and helped us with a minor medical problem my daughter had upon checkin). The rooms are a smaller size comparable to other large city hotels, but are feature packed, very updated and very comfortable."
