"Perfect location right in the heart of Covent Garden. Rooms very clean, comfortable beds and very useable if smallish bathroom. Great shower. Lovely little kitchen area, which is perfect for making drinks, even if you don’t want to use it for anything else. Staff friendly and helpful. The hotel does not serve breakfast, but this is not an issue with so many places to eat."

"We had a fantastic stay at St. Ermins. Our daughter and her family joined my husband and I for 8 days. The spy package for the kids was a big hit. They loved looking for clues throughout the hotel. Every staff member we meet was graciuos and helpful. The decor was exactly as described on the website. It was centrally located to several points of interest within walking distance. "This was the first time that myself and my wife have been to this hotel. From the minute we walked through the door, the staff couldn’t do enough for us. We used one of the in house restaurants on the final evening and apart from when one of the servings was cold and was changed immediately the food was out of this world as was the breakfast this morning. The staff in the restaurant were excellent, very knowledgeable. The actual room we had was out of this world."
