"Beautiful hotel offering a 5* experience in central London. Staff were exceptional and the room was immaculately clean and well-provisioned. The bed was very comfortable, linen and towels of a high quality and we were very comfortable. The air conditioning was not hugely effective and quite loud but this did nothing to spoil our stay."

"Stunning hotel right next to Trafalgar square. We received an upgrade to a Spring Garden suite which suited us perfectly. It was tucked away in a quiet area and was large and well appointed with all the luxuries needed. Staff were all friendly and efficient. Breakfast was just perfect. We will choose this hotel next time we're staying over. "

"Room was clean, spacious, relatively quiet. Weighted, heavy doors made for residents banging or slamming at opening and closing of their room's doors. Location in TheatreLand area was excellent. This property is directly opposite the Duke of York Theatre. (However, road construction made taxi approaches limited by hours of construction closings. ) Walk easily to many interests. Leicester Sq Underground about 5 minute walk. Would book again because of the helpful staff. Kudos for Aldo...
