Our studio apartment was clean, well-kept with all necessary amenities in a nice building 2 min away from Russell underground station and 2 min from food stores, cafes, and a movie theater, not to mention an 8 min walk to the British Museum. "The room and building were lovely, the space was efficient and the staff were fantastic. But unfortunately none of that could overcome the lack of air conditioning. I’m sure that somewhere in the description I could have read about this, but it needs to be in bold and above the fold. It’s simply not a reasonable place to stay in the summer, unfortunately."

"This is a very clean and comfortable place to stay. We had the apartment with 2 adults and 2 teens. We were not in the room often so it worked. Small kitchen and table for 4. It is about 8 minute walk to Earls Court tube and near the station was a market and several restaurants. Would highly recommend"

"Great location with easy access to several Underground Trains. Wi-Fi worked very well. We had trouble with the TV in the bedroom at it was replaced after we notified the front desk. We were on the 5th floor and did not have trouble with the noise...but it is there for those that are light sleepers. Great to have a kitchen and washer for clothes. Very helpful indeed."

"There was confusion regarding check in as they don't have a front desk. Was unsure how to access the unit until the moment we arrived. Had to ring a doorbell and an employee came. They then give you codes to get in. Not sure what would happen after hours or late on weekends as I don't think anyone is there. Other than that the neighborhood is good and safe. The unit was very clean but very basic. Could have used a coffee table. The roll out "bed" was horrible though. It more of a roll out chair....

"Good customer service (I had to extend my stay but change rooms, the cleaning staff moved by baggage between rooms for free). Overall clean and well maintained. The only warning I have is that the heat build up is pretty bad in the rooms and there is no air conditioning, just windows that you can open and a fan provided. I would recommend it for the cooler months but avoid it come mid June through September."
