"Thought the lobby was nice. Was disappointed when I got to the room. The mold/mildew in the shower was horrible. Additionally, the hotel staff added me to the rewards program without asking. "

"Most importantly, the room was very clean and tidy, though the esthetics could really need some touch-ups (window screen bent, paint chipping on several walls, including bathroom. The bar/restaurant staff that we interacted with were all very lovely and friendly. Front desk was to have texted/called when the room was ready forgot to do so. I enjoyed the theme, reminiscent of a British B&B, though the common areas could do with a refresh of the fixtures/flooring. The bar/restaurant operates...

"The room was clean which was definitely great. It smelled clean too. Only thing I did not like was the occasional noise from my neighbors next door. But super convenient to have the T Muni so close by, and a cool bar downstairs! "
