Kimpton Theta New York - Times Square by IHG

"The property was close to Time Square and many different eateries. I liked the proximity to public transportation and Broadway. As for the property itself, it was clean and maintained. One issue i did have was our second room was not available at checkin, and when we came back it still wasn’t ready, The entire floor smelled like weed and when I addressed it with stay they noted that they were aware and they had an idea of the room it was coming from but would not knock on the door because they had the do not disturb sign hanging since checking in. This is what was told to me by one of the shift managers when i had him come up to the floor with me. The funny thing is I was sent a message from the hotel before checking in that they used a smoking monitor system in the rooms and no form of smoking, vap or weed would be tolerated. Obviously thats not the can when they are smoking so much weed in the room the hallway from one end to the other smells like it and it is seeping into the other rooms."

"Room was nicely clean, staff was so helpful and clear, balcony wasn’t open for our stay so I wasn’t charged for the upgrade and was able to still get a room with a view(of the Empire State Building, Madison square garden, penn station) MSG was kiddy corner from the hotel New Yorker. Everything you need is around you. We would definitely stay here again. Hotel is beautiful. You just have to stay her to feel this beautiful experience we had. "

Sheraton New York Times Square Hotel

"The beds are very tiny and if you plan to share the bed with an adult, very crowded. The rooms are pretty small, but I figured that’s because it’s New York and they make the most of their space. The hotel was awesome and let us check in at 9 AM in the morning with no extra charge after we flew overnight. The baggage storage is through a second company you have to pay per bag when you’re storing it when you check out that was kind of a bummer. The hotel is absolutely the perfect location if you’re here for the city and seeing Broadway shows."

Tempo by Hilton New York Times Square

10/10 Excellent

"We were very impressed with the Tempo Hotel! It is exceptionally clean, well organized and has a very modern, contemporary esthetic. It is easy to navigate the elevators with all of the help of the very friendly staff. It is centrally located to Times Square and Uber could easily drop off and pick up."
