"We were booked into this hotel using the website hotels.com but sadly our booking was not recognised by the hotel, we were booked already but they say the rooms are already filled. we already have the confirmation number the price and we paid everything already. but still they didnt manage to get us a room. and they have not got us a room and better yet said to look elsewhere..? jeez. . hotels.com hope you can do something about this kind of service to the said hotel. worst hotel you can find in...

"It was ok, very mid. If you’re an adult looking for a quiet vacation, hotel is not for you since there are a ton of kids. The room I book was also very average, really just a place to sleep, the safe didn't work, the soap and shampoo aren't even usable. The good thing about this place tho is the food. The breakfast buffet saves it. Also if you're into pools hurray for you. Again, budget friendly and very average. "

"Excellent! Clean rooms although a bit old now. I think it needs some upgrading especially the bathroom. Television is a bit outdated as well. Quiet air-conditioning and perfect nice temperature inside the room. Massive hotel with lots of restaurants to choose from and activities to do. Very pleasant garden, nice beach and resort. Perfect for staycation and relaxation or to celebrate occasions. Courteous, friendly, and helpful staff. Overall experience is wonderful! Highly recommend.!"
