We had a great stay at Solea! The room was spacious and comfortable, and we especially loved the beautiful view. The food was also really good, which made our experience even more enjoyable. However, the only downside was that the morning after our first night, we noticed a lot of water dripping from the air conditioner, so much that it became quite inconvenient. Hopefully this can be fixed soon, as everything else about our stay was wonderful.

The amenities were so nice and the pool was so huge kids can really enjoy it! Their food buffet was also really good! Room a bit pricey they charge additional for my 4th kid coz he is 15. Excellent staff so helpful! The only cons is that the room was not properly clean, the hair dryer is not working at all and the AC is leaking water to the floor.

The Palm building was flooded (from top water flowing thru the walls and down the stairs) during the storm. Our room had mold. Requested to be moved but the supervisor on duty refused and lied about the conditions of the other buildings and other rooms. The day after the storm was chaotic but management did their best to move us to the main building with functioning light and elevators. Despite being under staffed, the service remained friendly and courteous.

A lot of options in terms of what to do in the property. They have multiple pools and an inflatable obstacle course. The beach area is well maintained and they have a decent size beach front compared to other resorts in the area. The buffet is great they have good selections of food ranging from Filipino , Korean, American food etc… The room price is very competitive if not one of the most affordable in the area.

Overall it was okay. Pool areas nice, even some under reconstruction. But that was mentioned on Homepage. Staff friendly as usual. However, mid-Management needs to gear up. Plenty of small issues all ocer, which should not occur in a Hotel as this. It would be easy to fix - teach personnel is fine, bonding of staff event is fine, but when you twach = you have to supervise and control! But overall a good relaxing stay.

We chose Solea because we were visiting relatives that live nearby. We didn’t come for the water park facilities but my children enjoyed the infinity pool and the beach. The breakfast buffet was a great way to start the day. Our room faced the adjacent neighborhood so we were serenaded by bad karaoke in the evening and roosters crowing in the morning. It didn’t bother us. We knew it was all part of the experience.

A fantastic resort to stay at! Breakfast Buffet options were amazing! All Staff Members made you feel very welcome! Only wish that the rooms had more towels to use like face towels. Not a huge deal as you can always contact the desk for more. Beds were very comfortable! Overall experience was terrific! Highly recommended when looking for a place to stay in Cebu!

The hotel was ok. It has alpt pf tourist but its the pool and the amenities we ee looking forward to this hotel. They serve their purpose and we had a great stay. Although the food in the buffet is fast empty. Ad they have no time to refill some. Th pizza dont taste good but thry have many filipino food to choose that was good.. the location is very far from the center. Its very isolated . The beach area was not my favorite. I dont dare to swim. But they have a waterpark which was good for my kids.

The property was located very remotely. The area surrounding it was very poor and there was nothing to do around the hotel. In the "city view" room I was given you heard roosters ALL DAY long!! I ended up upgrading my room so as not to go insane. The rooms themselves could use a deep cleaning. The bathroom configuration was strange and dangerous if you were not steady on your feet. The food was good and the staff were very kind.

Last time I stayed there it was great, had so much fun with the family. This time I notice that the cleanliness of the facility needs some action. The inflatable was dirty and smelly in some parts of it, garbage from the 3rd floor by the elevator was smelly then some parts where the sewage was smells as well. Saw a small roach at the buffet and the bathroom doesn’t have mats, they only give 2 towels that’s it, no hand towel or face towel. It gets slippery which is very dangerous. I wish they’ll take care of the issues coz it’s really a great place for families to bond. Anyways the staff were all so friendly and helpful!

Beautiful resort with numerous pools to choose from. The restaurant was great with plenty of entree options for breakfast and dinner. The rooftop restaurant offered a wonderful view of the city at night and even more scenic ocean view at sunset. The staff are great; professional, uniformed, and assistive to the customer's needs. My only complaint is the cosmetics of the rooms. Some of the mirrors look very old and peeling. Some of the caulk in the bathrooms are also peeling. Overall, the hotel is wonderful and would recommend to anyone wanting a secluded location.

Room is clean but the shower/toilet are not so clean..towels including bath mats needs to be replaced ASAP.. its like using a dirty rug.. I see them clean the pool but it’s cloudy looking. Buffet is good except that it is very salty for my taste. Staff are very friendly and attentive. Location is around a busy neighborhood not what I expected.

Pros: Great and friendly staff. Great breakfast buffet. Our room is cleaned well. There is an in-house guest shuttle service going to and from Pueblo Verde Outlets and SM Seaside. Cons: Check-in process takes awhile but the check out is easy. Some areas like outdoor’s big round table needs repair. You can see the wrinkling of the wood from being wet.

We stayed here during a Typhoon. The place is sturdy and built like a fort. I attempted to go out to my car one night and steped out that door and almost blew away. inside it was quiet no wind sound no rain sound very quiet and calm atmosphere.
