"オーシャンビューの部屋プランで予約したものの、1階の部屋に通され、目の前はオーシャンWingのロビー車寄せになっており、ガーデンもそこまで見えない状況でした（車寄せの騒音は気にならず）。 食事にGrab配達（日本のUber eatsのようなもの）を多用しており、食事の受取場所であるオーシャンロビーからほど近く、何かとロビーに用があり利便性がよかったことと、海とプールとキッズパークにアクセスが非常に良かったため、部屋の交換を交渉しませんでしたが、これらの利便性がなければオーシャンビューに変更すべきところでした。 スタッフは全員とても親切で、連れて行ったキッズたちを歓迎してくれました。"

"The staff are friendly and accommodating. Small area to relax at the beach and not crowded when we stayed. A lot of seaweeds in the beach. The family suite was huge with balcony. Not much to do. Rooftop bar was okay. It is an old resort but I would say decent quiet place to chill. Thank you Whitesand for the surprised cake for Karen! Appreciated much. "

"シービューの部屋だったので景色はとても良かったです！ アクティビティの関係で朝食が食べられない日があったのですが、To Goスタイルで準備してもらえたりと、臨機応変な対応もしてくれて感謝しました マッサージも本当に気持ちよく、またスタッフさんとの会話も楽しくて、良い体験となりました そしてやはりありがたかったことは、24時間対応の受付です！紛失物など小さなことについても快く何度も気にかけていただいたりと、居心地の良いホテルでした またセブに行く時には利用したいです！！！"

Y por último en dos habitaciones que probamos de la planta 21 ruidoso, muy ruidoso. Alguien del hotel hace algo? La gente se queja? NOOOOO la mayoría con jersey o sudadera. Menos mal que pudimos desayunar en la piscina con temp ambiente. "
