"This is a very clean and well equipped apartment hotel but there is a huge problem They do not service the apartments (or did not in the full eight nights i was there) and you need to wash and iron your own sheets and towels and take your rubbish to a bin on the road outside. I was surprised as everything else was fine. Chelsea Cloisters opposite has similar facilities but services the rooms every two days so compare prices."

"The rooms were clean and comfortable and we loved the community room with extra room essentials, laundry area, and storage space. The location is also very walkable and convenient. Wish there was a guest bathroom to use downstairs by the laundry/storage room. And the setup of not having a front desk, phone number, or actual people to communicate with was tricky.
