This is a tired property, there was a hole in the floor covered by lino. Things broken and cracked. Yes, perfect location for ammeneties etc. But in room 1, do not stay. Things are rusty, shelves missing. Bed you can feel springs.

Overall a mixed bag. It was cheap and the receptionist was very flexible when we arrived concerning our check-in. However, the apartment was dirty and very worn. We mostly ended up eating out due to the low hygienic level of the place, which defeated the whole purpose of living in a place with a kitchen.

Postcode take us to another property finally found the place no reception tock us about 20 minutes for someone to answer the buzzer . Then after call to get the room information were we where staying in. Once in we were happy very clean and spacious. Again we didnt know were to leave key upon leaving. Abit more communication is needed

On our first night's stay, we were awoken by someone trying to enter our room, turning a key repeatedly, me and my sister were terrified. When we reported this incident, we were told that a person 'broke in' to the hotel, looking for a room to sleep in because he had exams and if it happened again, police would be called, identified from the CCTV. It didn't happen again during the remainder of our stay but I do feel it should be mentioned. We did need to cut our stay short and were refunded for the nights we didn't stay for. Other than that, a convenient place to stay whilst we were waiting for our new flat to become available, really appreciated having a mini kitchen in the room. Fairly clean and well equipped.

I left this hotel covered in bite marks — I have clear photos. Staff removed the mattress protector on the spot, then later denied everything and blamed the guest. I was forced out in a foreign country with no help and my luggage still inside. Avoid this hotel at all costs. 入住後我全身都是咬痕，有照片為證。飯店現場把床墊保潔墊拖走，事後卻完全否認並把責任推給旅客。 在異國我被迫無處可去、行李還留在房間，他們一句話都不負責。請一定避開這家飯店。

Okay place to stay, decent if you want somewhere cheap close to the town centre. Also convenient if you're walking ot taking public transport. Don't get your hopes up on the mattress quality or the cabinets maintaining their structural integrity. Overall 3/5 stars.

No brainer. Just choose this place.

I can’t understand why people spend the same amount of money to stay in a different hotel with no cooking facilities. This place might not be the Ritz but the money you can save because you can cook your own food instead of having to order in or eat out is great. Everything was clean and well maintained. I will be staying here again at some point.

The receptionist was really nice soved any issues straight away. The room looked nothing like the one on the picture this place teally needs to fix up everything inside the room. Its ok for one night stay for a single person.

The reception desk was not attended at any time during the stay. I was directed to the room by an intercom at the front door and put the key in a drop box on checkout. This gave me a feeling the property was not very secure.

Avoid unless you like living in a hovel

Very tired shoddy workmanship and for the price it was very bad! Should stay in Travelodge or a premier in..apart from towels and bedding the place was soo tired and looked like a council flat in disrepair. Very noisy and hollow partition walls! Never again as I couldn’t sleep
