"This is a lovely hotel especially if you have kids or are looking to be around families and couples. It's 7mins walk to the beach which is lovely. The pools are well maintained and chocolate hour everyday is a treat. The downside, my initial room faces the mall next door so there was music playing at 7am which woke me. Then I was moved to a room also in the 27xx series and this time it was next to the bar. Luckily the music stopped early. Make sure you have wifi when you land if you order a transfer as I had to call the hotel since I waited for 30mins and the map of where the lounge is isn't particularly easy to read. That said , it has amazing food ,staff and service."

"Room was clean and quiet, the staff are helpful and friendly and it is so convenient to get off a late night international flight and walk to your room. We always stay at this hotel on our arrival into Bali and are always happy. "

"Property outdated but clean currently on renovation when we stayed ,breakfast very good and employees are helpful and attentive .Accross the street there is a store where you can buy snacks."

"The staff is over the top kind and helpful. The breakfast was fantastic, everything you can ask for. The hotel is quiet, and they helped us, to leave our Lagguge with them for 6 days, while we were in Singapore, this was super helpful and very safe. We will be back. Thank you."
