Apart from the staff member who checked me in, I was ignored every time I passed the reception post. Staff couldn’t be bothered even to say good morning. Very disappointing."

"Because it was above a restaurant / bar, there was a lot of noise up at least 11 pm and probably beyond (we were exhausted on arrival from NA, so were able to sleep). The next 2 nights the restaurant was closed, but there were doing construction until past midnight with hammering and lots of noise. Not nice. Also, it was impossible to check in early. The hotel portion is above the restaurant / bar that is not open until 3 pm. We didn't realize this, so had to travel around with our suitcases...

With no clarification or support, I was left in a difficult situation and ultimately had to find alternative accommodation at short notice. "Character building with a room that had all the amenities. Very comfortable bed. Front desk staff was genuinely helpful with all questions. About 12 minutes walk to tube station. Good value for money."
