"The manager and the Front desk Team went above and beyond.
Unfortunately, I injured myself before checking-in. However, the Front desk team made sure that I was comfortable. The team went out of their way to deliver items to my room, when I could not walk. I recovered and I was pleased to thank Jude Peiris for his leadership."
