"This "hotel" used to be condos so there is no reservation deck/reception which presents a unique problem. Someone meets in the entrance, no ID, no name tag or uniform. They give you two key cards but doesn't explain how you need to use them. You get a phone number if you need anything and i made more calls to that number than back home to my family! 1st room was so disgusting i wouldn't sit on the couch due to the stains. Gentlemen who came up couldn't care less and really didn't...

"The suite was a good size but looking a bit tired. The pool is top shealf, good security, access cards to floor and doors. Its a funny set up the office is on the 32nd floor and after the intial meeting in lobby you can not get access to office, everything done over the phone, 200rm deposit lucky we had cash. No hot water the first night , no one showed us the switch for hot water, internet was a hassel, finally got sorted out. Cleaners came at 6.30 pm to service room, we asked them to come back...

"It took 40 minutes to just check in. It was terrible experience for me, and super exhausting after 4-5 train trip from Penang. There were no hand towels, no soaps, no shampoo, and the agent of this room recommended for us the different room which I booked. Is that normal??? Is that a genuine service??
