"This property is fairly new. It’s very clean. The only issue I had was the parking. When constructing these units they didn’t do very well with the parking. Other than that it was a great place to stay. It’s out the way of the normal Orlando hustle and bustle. We will definitely return."

"The ONLY thing that would have made this place better would be a better view in the pool area. I didn’t like seeing the shirtless old guy next door peeping while in our bikinis, (it was just a weird vibe); so ultimately I left and got another place. But the house was GORGEOUS and clean and the upstairs was SET UP for anyone’s day of fun. I also was SO HAPPY to see the security guard doing his job well for entry into the neighborhood. "Online check in with selfie and copy of driver's license not acceptable. No one present on arrival. Number to call did not get an answer. Room had no place to hang clothes, no glasses. Only thing furnished was soap, shampoo and towels. No live TV. The name suits it. Stayable. It is a little better than sleeping in your car, but not much better. "

I only feel like if you give instructions to clean as you go, and I understand there is no way for anyone to check or anything. But I was there for 2 weeks and I saw the same dishes in the sink, dirty glasses with soda, wine, even milk, all sitting on the counter for 2 weeks.
