The home was nice, but the surrounding properties did not seem to be the cleanest outside. The pool staff was excellent, but the front office/check in People were unfriendly.

The bad stay.

The pool area, arcade and the food was good at the resort. But the townhome was not that clean. The furniture and appliances was old. The water in the master bedroom tub and hallway bathroom was not draining properly. The master bedroom balcony had to big wasps or hornets nest outside so we couldn't go out . Me and my husband killed 4 spiders in the master bedroom . We couldn't connect the wifi to all our devices. So we had to use our hot spot on our phones.The living room tv kept working off and on. And 3 of the bedrooms had small tvs. The front door lock was broken there was a hole where a key is suppose to go. The carpet was dirty. This was my 7th time staying here. And i never stayed in a property like this.

Location was great, gated community so felt safe, & house was very nice! Only drawbacks for me were the noisy beds & that there a lot of ants & roaches in the house. Would definitely stay there again!

It was a nice quiet home it made you feel like you were really at home the only thing I didn't like about it is it had a lot of bath towels but no washcloths besides that everything was amazing I would definitely be going back

The house was very clean and we are difficult to impress. The couches are older and worn, but I wouldn’t expect better in a rental. All rooms were very clean, of which is critical for us.

nice home, clean. only negative lack of cleaning supplies available and no toilet paper. If you want guests to start laundry then you should provide soap for that.

Property is in a good location. Close to shopping, restaurants and golfing. there was roaches in the house and the bathroom drain was super slow. We paid for the heating on the pool and it was not even luke warm when we got there or even after couple days it was still kind of cold.

The home was beautiful and well maintained. The only drawback were the roaches in the kitchen and ants getting into and all over things in the bathrooms. The house binder suggested that they were normal, however it was nasty and I would suggest an exterminator and regular pest control, as those were house roaches, not just “native to Florida” roaches. Same for the ants. They got into everything I put out in the bathroom. Including my vitamins that I ended up having to toss.

The pool was not heated. Then while we were staying there the fridge broke & we had to move properties. This caused a lot of stress and time spent away from my family while I had to deal with these issues! We had to change places we were staying. We were moved to a different location that was near a highway and extremly loud. We got very little rest and had to biy pur own toliet paper as they did not provide any extras.

It was good but they should not advertise on the listing that there is a yard,garden & plunge pool those 3 things did not exist. Also they always ask to keep the A/C 75 or above & that is not cool enough. We kept waking up because it was too hot to sleep. Also we’ve never been asked to start 2 loads of laundry before leaving. I don’t want to think about doing laundry before leaving the house as it’s stressful enough to make sure you have everything & done everything before leaving the house sometimes in the middle of the night to get to the airport & through security. I thought that’s why we’re charged a cleaning fee. I’ve never been asked to do laundry before leaving.

The house was great a lot of room and I loved the little door by the pool to the bathroom made it easy with the kids. The house was supplied with Toilet paper, soap, dishwasher tabs everything you need to get started. The house was clean however it needs a deep clean for the cleaning fee at 150 USD there could have been a deeper clean such as window ledges and sweep the sand on the pool deck that fell in from the outside. The cleaning staff should also report if things need replacement one of the handles in on a toilet was broken and you can tell it had been broken for a while should have been replaced as well as legs on the air hockey and all pool Q’s tip need replaced which we did. Overall a great stay and would stay again that was the 3rd time I have stayed in that gated community
